I did some research and saw that some of them come with varying patterns. This Is because they essentially take a fallen palm leaf and heat form these plates. Now it may be visually unappealing, but if you think about all the chemicals they add to our food and what’s in plastic I’ll take these all day. Feel very confident they are certified by the USDA.As far as sizes go, I’m thinking of using 6 inch for apps and 9 inch for the main course.
