The item pictured say softgels, and they are dry capsules.  1300 mg. on bottle pictured and you get 1000 mg.  This may still be a very good product, I don't know yet as I just received them, but just wanted to let everyone know that the picture is wrong.

Capsules are easy to swallow.  I have episcleritis (inflammation in the veins in the white parts of my eyes). Within 10 days of taking capsules, the inflammation had not only decreased,  but it was completely cleared! Of course after awhile,  I thought,  maybe it was a coincidence.. wrong!! Within 2 weeks of stopping the capsules. the inflammation was back.All products are not created equal!! This specific product has the necessary combination of active ingredients for your body to absorb it.This is a forever product in my life!!
