This spice mix is very easy to cook with -- the instructions are on the back and easy to follow even for a rookie cook. The paprika-flavor is strong and the resulting gravy is irresistible. I usually add cubes of potatoes and bell peppers into the stew and they come out so flavorful, I love eating the veggies more than the meat. Doubling or tripling the portions makes for a great dinner party main.
