My wife has a fully-loaded Aeron chair so I was able to compare the Sidiz to the gold standard, and this chair stacks up very well. I'd say it's @65% of the Aeron at 20% of the price (more than fair tradeoff!). Unless you have some advanced structural issues, this chair should easily do the job for you. I like how many adjustments there are and it wasn't difficult to tune the chair to my body. I would definitely recommend this chair.
