Review: Great little printer. - I was initially disappointed when I saw that the printer arrived with no battery, and the wrong power cord. There was also no ink. The listing photos indicated these would be included, and the description said all relevant items would be included. Everything was nicely packaged, and there was a note saying to reach out with any issues, so I did. I received a quick response from Alex at 88 Printers, and they promptly reimbursed me for the missing items. The machine itself, works nicely. Installation was simple and wireless. There were very few blemishes on the finish and I'm very pleased with its performance. This is definitely a huge savings over the cost of a new one. However, the cost of replacing the missing items would have eaten away at the savings had they not reimbursed me. Overall, I give them 5 stars and would recommend them because of the excellent customer service. I can't say anything about battery life yet, as I'm still waiting for it to arrive, but the print, scan and copy functions all work great. This is a great addition to my mobile office.

**Q: Does it come with an ink cartridge?**
A: It comes with a color cartridge and a black cartridge.

**Q: Does this printer work with a computer with Windows 7 operating system?**
A: Printing is done via the HP Smart App which is available for Win7 systems, however I believe Win7 is no longer supported by Microsoft.  Ask HP.

**Q: When buying a refurbished printer, does it come with new and still sealed ink cartridge packages?**
A: I've purchased several used ones & it's hit or miss if they come with a set of ink. If it did the ink didn't last long.

**Q: How to change the cartridges..???**
A: It opens like all other printers and they snap in and out. Very easy.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ NO PAPER HOLDER TRAY AFTER IT PRINTS!!

UPDATE: The battery is now faulty so I'll need to get that taken care of as well. I love it BUT I wasn't looking closely enough. There is NO PAPER HOLDER TRAY to hold the paper AFTER it prints out. SO, if it's sitting on a table that has lots of space, no problem. If it's sitting on a small fireplace that's here in my office that's literally the same width as the printer, while aesthetically it looks awesome, if you print something, it will be on the floor if you're not sitting there to grab each piece. Otherwise, it's a great little printer! It's also fast too!
