It was 12 degrees F. with 25 mph winds. Feel like was minus 3 F. I was warm and toasty with this and the matching coat only wearing normal clothes as base layer. I am 6 ft 215 pounds and they fit perfectly. Kneeling in water all day and it freezing to my bibs instantly, and I still stayed dry and warm! I usually am freezing out there even with my gortex hunting gear.
