Necklace is reasonable priced. Shipping was on time. I LOVE the necklace. The packaging was processed very neatly and carefully. No scratches or mishandling with product or packaging. Also came with a black velvet bag to hold the items and scooper for ashes to put into the necklace. I also enjoy how the packaging was made with 'Norya Jewelry' logo and the message on the packaging saying 'Always in my Heart, I may not be able to walk next to you, but know that you will forever be walking in my memories.
