Review: Excellent purchase for Good field gear - Definitely not a K bar, but the steel is pretty good. So far, I have put my own edge on it, sliced a tomato, used it to debone a ham, and I was able to make a feather stick without having to re-sharpen it. I think the leather on the sheath and the handleis as good as anything else I’ve gotten like it and it will be oiled and then we’ll see how we and tear handles it but I imagine this will be very good if you’re willing to do the work. I paid $17 for it and I think they gave me a terrific deal. Kudos.
