Review: great quality! - I wasnt sure if I had a bad mic or cable(that came with the PA I purchased) so I went this route instead to rule out the microphone. The cable's packaging, and overall quality is significantly better and worked without issue. I'm not an audiophile but the quality of this cable alone is making me think we should invest in a Shure microphone now and replace the one that came with my Reck PA system.
Review: For my Snare Mic - Works great and I got it the next day which was awesome because my other mic cord broke and I needed this for my snare mic to record a song. Sound quality is awesome and a perfect fit for my sm57. Connects very tight for any Shure mic. I own a few Shure brand dynamic mics and many others.

I tried buying the generic XLR cables. None of them worked. For just an additional $7 more get the original brand that’s compatible with the male XLR mic and the 1/4 in jack. I’m an audiophile and I know good from bad quality equipment. This is very good quality audio cable.
