I know where these clothes are made and the prices they are charging are about $10 overpriced but I suspect that it is to cover the US distributor. I realize that everyone has to make a profit. (I just wish it wasn't so much of one!) Regardless, I am a medium-size gal, age 48, and usually wear a medium in tops and a size 6-8 in dresses. I am 5'9" and I ordered the larger size so it would fit my elongated top half. I am a 36C and I can say that if I wash this and it shrinks a little, it will be a perfect fit. The packaging is wonderfully thoughtful and comes beautifully wrapped. Also, despite it saying that my package would arrive in 2-3 weeks, it came in about 4 days which was a pleasant surprise. By noon I've received 3 compliments. Everyone loves how flattering the neckline is. i like it because it's unique. The fabric is soft and somewhat forgiving. I am 5'5", weigh 150lb - most in my middle - and wear a 36C Bra. I opted for the Large since my bustline is around 38". It's not too big. I just didn't want it snug either. I have several other Patty tops that are Medium and they fit fine -- I think it comes down to the style and how you want to wear it. A medium probably would have been fine but since the mid section part of this is like a regular tee - I wanted a little forgiveness. The company was very difficult to work with and I had to bring Amazon into the process to bring the return to conclusion.
