I co-washed it and bleached the closure before installation. Closure turned out brassy, probably poor technique on my part as this was my first time bleaching a closure. I had it for about a month and liked the overall look. I sprayed it with a a mixture of water and conditioner each morning then ran my fingers through it while it was damp, used no comb or brush. It shed a lot each time I ran my fingers through it which is my main issue with it.
