    Failed covers, but top notch service !!

As a smalltime painter, I’ve been using wool roller covers for over 30 years. Ordinarily they last and last for countless multiple uses when taken care of properly. . I bought one a few months back that fell apart after only three uses, Contaminating my ceiling paint.  I thought just a one time failure so I purchased two more.. they have both fallen apart after only two uses.. that’s over $30 wasted.. I want Wooster to make it right. Refund my money..  UPDATE on this review;; after speaking to a Wooster representative, without hesitation they wanted to make it right, so,, They sent me a six pack of roller covers; 3 woolen covers and 3 of a new synthetic for me to try out.  Top notch service.
