I had read that apple cider vinegar was good for the digestive system but did not like the taste of it so when I found theses capsules I thought why not give them a try and I am so glad I did. After just two weeks of taking them I am free to be able to eat what I want and feel great. People say they are good for weight loss but not noticed any yet but that was not the reason I brought this product. Friends have even told me I look better and I am telling them how great this product is. Delivery was also very quick with no issues.As for the product itself, I bought it to help my digestive system and to help me lose weight. I have only been taking it for just under a week so it is too early to say if I have lost any weight as a result but it has helped ease my digestive problems already.
