I use it with the chelating shampoo. I leave it on for just over 2 minutes and then rinse. My squeaky clean hair is beautiful and soft. I've had friends say how beautiful my hair is. I've had a terrible time with the rust that's in my water turning pillows and bedding yellow. Disgusting!! I live in an apartment so there really isn't anything, other than moving, I can do. It is very thick to paste, so I squirt some out on the edge of my tub, scoop it up on my hand, and start spreading out from my roots to my dry ends.
