As a person with two back surgeries (lumbar spine) on board, I've had to be careful with my body and with what I do... Places I sit, shoes I wear, etc. In October 2017 I was rear ended at high speed and now now cervical and thoracic problems with lots of pain..and my lumbar spine reinjured. Since then, there have been more injections, massage, physical therapy, sleepless nights and lots of pain. It's been almost 16 months of trying things to help. So, the point is.. I bought these insoles completely expecting them not to help and figuring I'd be out a minimal amount of money so why not. I received the insoles quickly. I easily sized them and put them in my shoes and stood to try them on. Hmm. They felt kind of strange in the "pokey" way the little protrusions were. I thought..."the reviews said they felt like a massage... With rocks?!" My feet already were killing me every day! But, I soldiered on, lol. Two hours later, I didn't care about the pokies. They didn't bother me at all. I decided I'd run my own experiment and wear the insoles for my entire work week. (I'm an X-ray tech and stand for about 10 hours a day).Generally, at the end of my work day, I'm in a good deal of pain. My back is generally screaming and getting out of the car after my commute is difficult. By day 3, I was astounded to realize that is feeling better during the day, at the end of the day and even when I woke up in the morning. Still, being a skeptic, I thought maybe I was having a good pain week, haha. So, I decided on the last day of the work week to do it without the insoles. Uhh, big mistake. The usual pain was nagging me by noon. I hobbled out to my car and into the house after the drive home and woke up with the normal pain level. Experiment complete! I wear these every day and am still astounded by how much they help. I've since bought a pair for my mom and for a friend. They easily slip in and out of my shoes.My back feels so much better with them in, and did I mention that my feet no longer hurt either!?

They are not mindinsole misleading customers different brand they are called Reflexology not mindinsole fake product false advertisement!!!😤😬😠

It seems most people have success with these insoles. If you have foot problems, I think they are worth a shot given the benefits that many people get. I did not have the same kind of success. For me, they feel like I am walking on small pebbles, the pebbles being the magnets, particularly the one under the arch of the foot. Between the magnets and the pointed parts of the insoles, they are uncomfortable. Also, when I wore them for a day, my neck hurt - not sure it was the insoles could be something else. I am trying them again now, and my neck is starting to hurt. It is possible I do not have them placed properly in the shoe. No directions to them, and you do need to trim them- for me a couple of times to get them in. Even though they have not worked for me, I think they are worth a try. I am glad I gave them a try.

These shoe insoles are great. Very comfortable and fit exactly for my foot. I’m really happy, every step is literally a massage

I bought a pair of these off of the actual website and paid twice what Amazon has them marked for! My husband LOVES them! He has plantis fasciitis and bulging discs in his spine and so on. He was hobbling around in so much pain he thought he was done working and just living in general. I saw these and bought them and within just a few hours of wearing them he forgot all about his pain!! He has been wearing them for about 4 months now and is back to his old nearly pain free self! (After the ones from the actual site worked so well, I bought these on Amazon for half the price and they are the exact same ones and work just as well)

These insoles took some getting use to. When I first wore them, i was standing on my feet for for 4 hours, they hurt really bad and I had to take them out. So then i started again slower. I wore them for 1 hour for a couple of days and then two hours for a couple of days and so on.... Now I can ware them with no problem and I can feel them working. Super easy to cut and custom fit to your feet.

I have several foot problems, not the least of which being plantar fasciatis, and these have helped my feet tremendously. Living in NYC and walking around so much has taken a toll on my feet, but these insoles are a game-changer! Thank you for such a great product.

I just received my insoles. Question..should they be worn with or without socks?
