I usually wear gloves when hiking because scrambling up mountains and crossing slick rocks on streams can tear up your hands. These gloves have held up well. The knuckle protection may be overkill for this application but I could see how it may help.The gloves are comfortable, flex well once sized right, and the capacitive touch works well for my phone, but I suggest you get a size larger as they can be snug. Following their sizing guide I picked up a medium first, but it was too restrictive. ### ⭐⭐ Nice looking but way too small *by T***T on November 30, 2018* I followed the sizing chart and the hand came in at 4", dead in the middle of the XL range. They just arrived (late) and they look nice bt they are WAY and I mean WAY too tight.
