Manna health drink doesn't have added sugar and artificial flavors. It's completely beneficial not only for kids but for adults also.

The powder does not dissolve full - so kids may not like it unless they know the benifit or get used to it. I was sceptical before buying but this is worth it. It’s tasty n I like all the ingredients used in it. A blend of nuts, pulses n cereals. My LO doesn’t like cerelac because it’s sweet. When I tried Manna health mix I added little jaggery n made it lil thick paste n was surprised to see her eating it without troubling me. It’s easy to make. It tastes good evn with salt.
