A: I wake up feeling refreshed after getting 7 or more hours of sleep when using this product.  It might help with stress a little if your deficient in certain vitamins that using this product will provide for you. With this supplement and following a proper rest cycle, exercise, and diet weight loss is possible.

**Q: Does meditropin interfere with sleep?**
A: My husband swears by MediTropin. He drinks it before bedtime and says he sleeps better with it than without.

**Q: What kind of energy is everyone talking about? Caffeine-high (jitters) energy or something else? I just started taking Ubiquinol (liquid) and the recommended dose gave me way too much energy to the point where I could have stayed up for 48 hours straight! Not looking for that kind of energy!**
