This thing is great. I managed to get it put in in an hour on my '74 Beetle. The sound is great. My only problems with it are that I had to modify my heat riser tubes to fit properly, and it wouldn't properly reach over one of the exhaust studs.

### ⭐⭐ Not a factory replacement.

While this exhaust system looks like and fits like an OEM exhaust; the internal configuration is completely wrong. If you are only interested in an exhaust that looks like a factory replacement and are not concerned with function this is your exhaust. The heat riser tube should exit out of the right hand exhaust hole to create negative pressure, this dumps the line into the collector rendering it useless. From the factory all the exhaust tubes are equal length; this system dumps cylinders 1 and two into one compartment and 3 and 4 into another. The two compartments are connected with a perforated tube that dumps the exhaust gas into a center collector. The design of this exhaust prevents propper flow of exhaust gasses and will definitely reduce performance. The heater tins are also not securely fitted to the exhaust which cause the air intended for you heater to leak out. Also noteworthy is the item is shipped wrapped in plastic, not boxed, expect dents.
