One of them had an issue and I contacted the company (they provided info in the box) and they sent me a new one right away. Which I was so happy about because my kids LOVE these. They are so easy to carry around because they are small and the sometimes the pics are impressive! They have taken them camping and to shows and hikes and parties, very durable. I am not that concerned about the photos they are actually taking I just wanted them to be aware of their surroundings and thought this was a great way to encourage that. But the photos are often really funny and sometimes you get a really good one where you can tell they took their time to compose it. I can't recommend this camera enough, I even bought one as a gift for a little relative who upon using ours excitedly wanted one too. Review: Toddlers love - The picture quality is pretty much the same quality as cell phones before all the smartphones came out which isn’t bad. No flash and that’s ok.
