When I used my first pourer I had not primed the pourer sufficiently, I was getting overpours (1.25 oz or so rather than 1.0 oz). I went back and re-primed the pourer, making certain all the bubbles were out, and the pours became exactly 1.0 oz. The pour size selection and color selection make these quite versatile for any bottle collection. The quality is great, they should last for years with minimal care. All my scotch bottles (except for Glenfiddich) have gold 1.0oz pourers, so I just have to decide whether it has been a one, two, or even a three pour day. Highly recommended these pourers, even for just a single bottle.
