It is a solid inexpensive voltage tester that works great. One of the neatest things about the tester is there are no metal parts to touch a electric circuit. You simply have to go near the electric current and it will light up. For me I have lights that are very high and was able to see that I was getting full current to the switch now knowing the bulb was out.
