I HAVE USED THIS HEADPHONE FOR 4 MONTHS NOW. I will divide my review into Pros and Cons. So here I goPROS:1. Sound Quality: The bass is awesome. Your ears will start vibrating , literally!! The vocals, treble are PERFECT. No doubt on the sound quality2. COMFORT: OMG It feels like feathers on your ear. I wore it once for 6 hours (while travelling) and not a single ear pain. The leather is so smooth and it is a type of memory foam. NO PROBS WITH COMFORT.3. BATTERY LIFE: I watched 2 complete movies of 3 hrs and listened to 1 hr of music, Sti had about 10% battery left. Charging time from 0 to 100 is 1-2 Hours. THE BEST BATTERY LIFE IN THE SEGMENT4. PORTABILITY: THE Headphones flips and becomes completely flat. I would suggest getting a headphone case for it5. Customer Service: I was having issues with my power button. I contacted them and they said to ship them the product. AND YOU WONT BELIEVE no questions asked, they shipped me a brand new one after 2 days. AFTER SALES SERVICE IS SOO GOOD6. Overall build: The headphones feel solid and do not feel flimsy at all. The buttons give you a tactile feel. Build wise it is awesome. Plastic quality is very good. It gives a very premium feel.CONS:1. Very rarely i did see bluetooth disconnection. So connection wise it can be improved. Out of 100 uses once or twice disconnections.CONCLUSION: This brand and the headphones are underrated. This is much better than the cheapo boAt headphones. But they send USED, REPAIRED and P0OR QUALITY that has no clarity,no bass, and all hissy sound.Also, we have bear the cost of courier product to Alchemie (their outsourced service partner) at Delhi. Cost me Rs 300 to send once. Now they are asking to send again. So that will be Rs 600 extra on a Rs 1500 headphone. And I am sure they would send a USED REPAIRED one again. so I am just going to buy a new one from a good brand now.
