I don't like using plastic bottles because I can always taste the plastic in the water. This one is glass, and water tastes great in it! I don't use the o-ring in the lid anymore because it keeps falling out and has become annoying. The o-ring is my only complaint about this bottle. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Too good to be true *by C***Y on Reviewed in the United States on January 16, 2019* I was really excited about this water bottle, it’s beautiful and the perfect size. I used it for a few days and only used ice water. Today I put ice in it and it shattered. It’s supposed to be for hot and cold use. Sent back for a refund.Edit: I received a replacement from SHBRIFA for the defective bottle. No problems with this one with ice water. 4 Stars for great customer service. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My new favorite water bottle *by L***R on Reviewed in the United States on January 14, 2019* This bottle has survived many drops (even one on the first day), and it's still in great condition. I've washed the sleeve in the washing machine and it's held up great too (but I let it air-dry). I like the wide mouth because it's easy to clean, but sometimes I spill water on myself if I try to take a drink too fast.
