The ONLY thing I could suggest is to not take their word that it completely dissolved by just stirring the product into your liquid of choice. I use almond milk. I needed a whisk or a shaker cup to remove all the lumps from the drink to make it smooth. The powder is super fine and the taste is GOOD. I have plenty of energy I didn’t have before after using this for a week now. I am definitely going to purchase another jar of this magic stuff once I’ve finished the one I have now. Flavor is just fine! Ingredients are super good for you! I loved it! As someone who has never had a protein powder shake before and was hesitant to try it, this stuff proved amazing!!! At first I tried it in just water and stirring with a spoon - both mistakes!!! It works much better with lowfat milk and mixed lightly in a blender!!! BE WARNED: It will in fact be green when you expose it to liquid!!! ITS TOTALLY OKAY =D That just means it's natural and not dyed and all that crap <3
