It's sturdy (no skipped stitching, solid zipper, wrist strap is strong), looks classy, and is roomy enough to hold all of my cards, checkbook, etc. while still closing easily and not looking over-stuffed. The accordion folds on the bottom are also a good feature, allowing it to expand for thicker items without straining the zipper. I think it's big enough and stylish enough to even use alone as a casual clutch. I'm giving it 4 Stars only because the zipper doesn't go down far enough on one side.
