Et la garantie est impossible à obtenir. En tout cas, Amazon s'en lave les mains.A ma demande de réparation ou remplacement d'un écouteur (marqué ceecoach), ceecoach répond qu'ils n'ont plus d'atelier de réparation et m'envoie les coordonnées d'une autre société (en allemagne) pour faire réparer à mes frais. Et quand je demande l'application de la garantie, je n'ai plus de réponse du tout.Il existe des marques concurrentes moins chères, et peut-être qu'ils ont un service après-vente qui applique bien les conditions de garantie ... En tout cas, il m'est impossible de recommander un produit cher avec aussi peu de support et aucune garantie.
