## Questions & Answers

**Q: Is the heigth adjustable? If pos to what size?**
A: Designed to fit more toilets, the QuietFill toilet fill valve adjusts from 7-3/4 inch to 13-1/2 inch. If you have additional questions or want assistance with installation, please dial 1-800-528-3553 or email us at sales@lavelle.com. We are available Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM CST.

**Q: I have a Briggs toilet, will it fit my toilet? I apologize in advance for not knowing the model or the manufacturing date.**
A: To determine the correct replacement fill valve for your Briggs toilet, we would like to learn more about your toilet. Would you be willing to contact our customer service team? Please dial 1-800-528-3553 or email us at sales@lavelle.com. We are available Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM CST.

**Q: what are the differences between the red top(which i have) and the white top, and the platinum top?**
A: Thanks for your interest in Korky. We are happy to provide a more detailed explanation. The red cover is our WaterWISE valve with built-in leak detection to prevent against flapper leaks. The white cover is our QuietFILL valve designed for 3.5+ gallon per flush toilets. The silver cap is our QuietFILL Platinum valve designed to fit 99% of toilets and the most universal option available. If you have additional questions, please call 1-800-528-3553 to speak with our Technical Support team. We are available Monday through Friday, 7:30am - 5:00pm CST.

**Q: I have a Korky 528 MP it makes a hissing noise, what can I do?**
A: I'm not 100% sure but the hissing might be coming from a tiny leak in the valve. There is a fair amount of water pressure going to the valve and if there is a tiny leak it could cause a noise like you are describing. If the leak is large it will sound more like running water. If the valve is more than 6 or 7 years old it may need to be replaced. You should be able to buy a new one from any hardware chain store for less than $10. I paid $7.99 for mine at Home Depot. You can also order on line but will have to pay for shipping. If you call Korky customer service at (800) 528-3553 they will determine what is causing the noise and walk you through on how to make an adjustment or how to replace the valve yourself. If you're even just a little bit handy you should be able to take care of it without calling a plumber.
