While taking up next to no space, they have helped me make short work of changing the collection bag on my dust collector by pinning the bag to the metal rim while i put the ratcheting band around the bag ( a usually awful and frustrating task_, keep the collet wrench for my router within reach on the side of my router table, and even held several of my lathe chisels up off of my bench and in an easy to reach spot. I cannot stress how strong these are compared to the tiny footprint each one occupies.
