I stuck my foot in and went to pull the strap up over my heel and there it is. It's poor quality. When I tried contacting them....they demanded they send another pair. If the first shoe was of bad quality....the next pair will be the same. I should have known by the cost it was cheap. I tried requesting a refund by sending them back. It cost me almost $13 to return them. I paid $12.92. That was a slap in the face. The shoes came back to me "they refused pickpu." What a complete waste of my time. I think I ended up getting a $7.92 refund. I will never order anything from this seller again.
