The chain sides free on the hooks and balances precariously in the cage. I had to wire the hook to the specific chain links I felt were half way in order to get the right balance and believe me, it took couple of tries to get it just right. The bridge tilts and dumps then off if you don't wire it. Its okay aside from that although it all looks cheaply made. The bells feel apart relatively quickly but the swing is still intact.
