I think it is good if you need to get a little extra mileage ...
I do believe this stuff works, for how long I don't know, but I definitely noticed less vibration and a quieter engine soon after adding this to oil. I think it is good if you need to get a little extra mileage out of an older motor, before having expensive repairs. Added 1 yr ago and no problems. The Cerma was added to a 2010 Cummins 485 ISX with 650,000mi. on it.
