We offer a vast variety of memory products to solve all your memory needs; from servers to desktop PCs to laptops and more! All A-Tech products are rigorously tested to ensure high quality, dependable performance. Upgrade your system with confidence with . Memory (RAM) gives applications a place to temporarily store data which allows your computer to quickly access information. Using multiple programs/applications at once or doing resource intensive activities (such as video/photo editing, gaming, programming and more) can slow down your system as each compete for a limited amount of memory resource. A RAM upgrade can improve performance by expanding your system's memory capacity allowing your computer to take on more while maintaining a fast and smooth experience. There are many types of RAM including RD, SD, DDR, DDR2, DDR3, DDR4, and DDR5, with DDR5 being the newest version. All system’s have their own memory requirements and will only support one of those specific types of RAM. For instance, a laptop that requires DDR4 RAM can only support DDR4 RAM. Each type of RAM has different pin sizes and notch locations meaning a DDR3 RAM module will only fit into a DDR3 RAM slot and so on. Refer to your system’s manual to determine the supported RAM specifications Along with RAM types, there are also different Form Factors or physical sizes of RAM. SODIMM (or SO-DIMM) RAM is used in laptops and notebooks and is also commonly used in select All-in-One (AIO) computers, Mini PCs and NAS systems. DIMM RAM is used in Desktops Computers as well as Workstations and Servers. The two sizes are not interchangeable; a DIMM module will not fit into a system that requires SODIMM RAM and a SODIMM module will not fit into a system that requires DIMM RAM. Non-ECC Unbuffered (or simply Non-ECC): Primarily used in Desktop PCs, Laptops, All-in-One (AIO) computers, & Mini PCs as almost all those system types only support Non-ECC Unbuffered memory ECC Registered: Only used in Servers and select Workstations ECC Load Reduced: Only used in Servers and select Workstations ECC Unbuffered: Only used in Servers and Workstations ECC Fully Buffered: Only used in select Servers that support DDR2 RAM Different ECC types cannot be mixed within the same system, only one type can be used. ## Features - A-Tech Memory RAM upgrade compatible for select Desktop PC/Computers - 16 GB RAM Kit (2 x 8GB Modules); DDR3/DDR3L DIMM 240-Pin; Speeds up to 1600 MHz, PC3L-12800/PC3L-12800U (PC3-12800/PC3-12800U) - NON-ECC Unbuffered ( UDIMM ); 2Rx8 (Dual Rank); JEDEC DDR3L standard 1.35V (Dual voltage, can operate at 1.35V or 1.5V) - Expands your system's available Memory RAM resource, improving performance, speed and allowing you to take on more while maintaining a smooth experience - Quick and easy to install, no expertise required (Please refer to your system's manual for seating and channel guidelines) - All A-Tech memory modules undergo stringent quality control testing to ensure dependable and reliable performance - Backed by A-Tech's Limited Lifetime Warranty + Tech Support Team available to help before and after your purchase ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | Additional Features | Lightweight | | Asin | B00C53GN1U | | Best Sellers Rank | #94 in Computer Memory | | Brand | A-Tech | | Column Address Strobe Latency | 11 | | Compatible Devices | Desktop, Workstation | | Customer Reviews | 4.7 4.7 out of 5 stars (1,843) 4.7 out of 5 stars | | Data Transfer Rate | 12800 megabytes_per_second | | Form Factor | DIMM | | Item Type Name | Computer RAM Memory | | Manufacturer | A-Tech Components | | Memory Form Factor | DIMM | | Memory Generation | DDR3 | | Memory Speed | 1600 MHz | | Mfr Part Number | AT8G2D3D1600ND8N135V | | Model Name | A-Tech | | Model Number | AT8G2D3D1600ND8N135V | | Number Of Items | 2 | | Number Of Pins | 240 | | Ram Memory Technology | DDR3 | | Ram Size | 16 GB | | Voltage | 1.35 volts | | Warranty Description | Limited Lifetime Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship | ## Product Details - **Brand:** A-Tech - **Compatible Devices:** Desktop, Workstation - **Computer Memory Size:** 16 GB - **Memory Speed:** 1600 MHz - **RAM Memory Technology:** DDR3 ## Images ![A-Tech 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3/DDR3L 1600MHz PC3L-12800 (PC3-12800) CL11 DIMM 2Rx8 1.35V 240-Pin Non-ECC UDIMM Desktop RAM Memory Modules - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81iCJAZ1RdL.jpg) ![A-Tech 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3/DDR3L 1600MHz PC3L-12800 (PC3-12800) CL11 DIMM 2Rx8 1.35V 240-Pin Non-ECC UDIMM Desktop RAM Memory Modules - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/710gvyvVlRL.jpg) ![A-Tech 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3/DDR3L 1600MHz PC3L-12800 (PC3-12800) CL11 DIMM 2Rx8 1.35V 240-Pin Non-ECC UDIMM Desktop RAM Memory Modules - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71pw9yfKhFL.jpg) ![A-Tech 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3/DDR3L 1600MHz PC3L-12800 (PC3-12800) CL11 DIMM 2Rx8 1.35V 240-Pin Non-ECC UDIMM Desktop RAM Memory Modules - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71HcmTsRwhL.jpg) ![A-Tech 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3/DDR3L 1600MHz PC3L-12800 (PC3-12800) CL11 DIMM 2Rx8 1.35V 240-Pin Non-ECC UDIMM Desktop RAM Memory Modules - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71aqE8i9WFL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Size, Style** options. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From 4gb To 16gb And My PC Is Peppier, A Procedure I should Have Done A Long Time Ago! *by on Reviewed in the United States May 28, 2026* For a Dell Optiplex 790 Intel i3, Windows 10 64bit, upgrading from 2gb x 2, or 4gb to 16gb, with 8gb x 2.I grounded myself carefully by touching the chassis. Popped out the 2 bars of 2gb each by carefully pushing on both sides lever and inserted the new 8gb x 2 bars in their respective slots, the same slots as the old DDRs we are replacing. Make sure they are well seated and also pushing up and in, the 2 levers at both ends.Restarted the PC and everything booted up without problem, went into Bios and confirmed 16gb is recognized.Everything seems faster. I needed this upgrade in order to run Quickbooks Desktop Plus 2024 which is 64bit and requires at least 8gb.So far day 2, Quickbooks runs faster and also for everything else like Explorer for file transfer and Chrome for Internet run peppier.Over all, I am very pleased with this upgrade and should have done it a long time ago considering the straight forward Ram swap procedure and the immediate speed gain. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Product and Price *by on Reviewed in the United States February 17, 2026* The A-Tech RAM module truly delivers exceptional value.
