Contacted the manufacturer and they are willing to produce a new unit but I have to pay for shipping which based on FedEx, will cost me the same that I paid for the unit. Contacted the Amazon seller and asked them to pay for the shipping as they sold a damaged product, they refuse. Don’t buy the product and don’t buy from Voss Group. ### ⭐⭐ Not recommended *by R***L on Reviewed in the United States on January 22, 2019* This is pretty cheap. I would not recommend. The jumper cable clamp broke today after only having it for 6 months. I needed it when the temperatures were below freezing. The clamps are made of plastic and couldn't withstand the cold, I guess. When I used it in the fall to add air to my bike tires, I got a burning smell. I couldn't have the compressor running more than a few minutes. Also, the small compartment that holds the accessories doesn't close correctly. The flashlight function works great and the batter held a charge for a long time. I love the idea of it but the quality is really lacking in this model. This is definitely an item that you get what you pay for. ### ⭐ Battery is junk *by T***N on Reviewed in the United States on October 28, 2020* Does not have the amps to pump up a average size trailer tire, only added 7 psi then died after a full charge. Tried to jump and there was not enough juice again after a full charge. I wish I could return it as I got a bad one. Missed return window by 3 weeks and finally got around to using it.
