As other have mentioned, you need to fill the inner diameter with dish soap. Just stick the end of the sock into the end of a finger push soap dispenser. Go slow, the soap will flow into the hole. I also cleaned the residual with a water damp cloth. You will need good friction by your fingers on the rubber! From here, you need to squeeze the sock at its entry onto the arm, while you are pushing and wiggling with your other hand, directly adjacent to where its starting to enter the arm. You need to be pushing and pulling repeatedly, and wiping the outer diameter diameter occasionally with cloth to keep residual dish soup squeezing out on surfaces. The leading edge will be stretched with tension, and aft end will be in compression, creating like a bulb at the leading end of the arm as you pull and push, respectively. Resist using your finger nails, since this could damage the rubber, and be patient. I was able to get each sock on in about 10 minutes. It's way too tight, it's impossible to install on these frames. I've seen somebody wrote you can get it on if you pretty much boil it and fill it with soap. I'll just try a competing product that is engineered to actually fit this frame.
