    Not Bad, No Pips

The faces are printed on; i.e., not "real" pip features that are machined in or molded. But, there's a resin coating over the print, so it should hopefully hold up without getting scratched. One or two of the pieces has a nick in it on the backside, so an astute player might use it as a marked piece. The printing is slightly off center but does the job. I got it as a "beater" set to haul around in my backpack, so I'm satisfied with the quality for that purpose. It does not come with any sort of case, so I wrapped them in some clothe and put that in a zippered pouch. This keeps them from banging around each other thus preventing shake noise and possible scratching. I'm not sure how shuffling on a table surface might affect the resin coating over time, but they seem stout enough otherwise.
