I was particularly interested in this product because the box said there was a β€œfree bonus small round gel pack”. I envisioned being able to put the cold behind my knee or right on my patella, rather than wrapping the whole area. Unfortunately, I have not gotten this small gel pack in either of the 2 boxes I received. (I returned the first, thinking it was just a faulty box.)
