I'm not one for high heels and I suffer from baby ankles. They don't have a super wide gap at the ankle like other shoes I own. The platform is nice so it looks higher than it feels. The bottoms have a nice grip so you won't have to worry about slipping. I wear a 8.5 and that's what I bought. I stopped wearing the super high heels years ago so I don't do too well in them and these were super comfortable and easy to walk in. They look great! I'm 5'3" so a lot of slacks I buy are too long and if I don't have time to have them tailored I go for a high heel. I'm going to buy this shoe in other colors! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great shoe, but fits large *by E***N on April 19, 2017* I normally wear a size 5.5 in pumps and sandals, so I ordered a size 5.5 which turned out to be much too large. I could fit my thumb between my heel and the back of the shoe. The shoes themselves are very stylish and seem like they would be very comfortable (if they fit more snuggly).
