I mean, it works well for me because I don't really need it for more than 5 minutes at a time anyways. I just use it to get blood pumping through my face in the mornings and to take down any swelling, and then I also use it to help my TMJ. Using it for just 5 minutes does help alleviate symptoms of TMJ in my neck and along my jaw or even the tension in my temples. It is very squeaky unless I'm pressing with good force, again it doesn't really bother me but my husband HATES it!! LOLI have not used the eye mask yet but it was a really nice touch and I will probably use it a lot. It is of very nice material and super soft on the part that goes on your face.Only rating 3 stars because of the fact it doesn't stay that cold and the loud squeakiness.
