The theme was consistent of sharp edges and/or sizes that were too small . When I happened on the Craftit Edibles Large Cream Horn Molds I decided to take a chance on them. I have not been disappointed. The quality of the stainless steal, the size of the cone, the overall construction and the fact that the edges have been dulled to minimize the sharpness of the raw edges has made this purchase a winner for me.Another common complaint that I read in the reviews of all forms is that the horns were difficult to remove from the form. One cause may be that the puff pastry had not been cooked long enough and the inside was still too moist, but I discovered with the Craftit Edibles forms, by gently squeezing the form and twisting the pastry, the horns were more easily removed from the form.
