## Description

The Martindale PD690 is a 700 V AC proving device, designed to enable voltage indicators to be fully checked, in compliance with health and safety recommendations. The PD690 can be used when carrying out safe isolation procedures which require the voltage indicator to be checked before and after proving dead. Using a voltage indicator without first proving it is working correctly could prove fatal.The PPD690 is compatible with all Martindale Voltage Indicators including the new VI-15000 and VI13800. This model is suitable for proving any two pole voltage tester, with LED or LCD indication and will illuminate all LEDs up to 690 V. The PD690 can also check Drummond and other low impedance filament test lamps as its output is sufficient to illuminate the bulb. This model is not designed for use with multi-meters.
