I brush it wet and with detangling products, but even with those and other detangling brushes I had tried before it was hard to keep her hair well maintained. This brush makes it a snap and we have a routine where we do her hair every night after her bath. She even asks to have her hair styled now where before it led to horrible meltdowns to even try to touch her hair. This really has been a lice changer for us. Seriously this is an awesome brush. I've tried so many different brushes and combs to use on my daughter's curly hair and this is my favorite by far. I've been using a Wet brush and it does pretty well, but this detangles better and is super lightweight. Usually I buy detangling brushes, have high hopes and am disappointed, this brush finally met my expectations.
