Since I've had this little sweeper for a few years, I was unsure if I would be able to buy a replacement charging cord but this seller is great! Had the cord at a reasonable cost so I was able to power up again without having to buy a whole new sweeper. The charger looks just the same as the original, plugged into the sweeper with no trouble and the charge light immediately lit up. Next day, it was back to picking up the cat litter in our basement. Charger light would not come on. But the vendor sent me a second charger which works just fine so now I have a happy sweeper. My old charger required twisting and pulling in the vacuum til the charging light came on and stayed. Any bump would make it quit charging. The new one works the same way so it was pretty much wasted effort and money to order it. The problem of it seating tightly must be with the vacuum unit itself. It still works well when it's charged so I'm not buying a new stick vac til it's required. If this is the unit that's actually needed, it's fine.
