They are heavier and better made than a pair of discount pj's and the fabric is truly wonderful for helping to prevent overheating as a 40-something woman. They wash well, do not pill, the inseam is long enough - which can be rare for pajama pants. The color does not fade, there is no shrinkage, and there are REAL pockets - not those sad not-really-a-pocket pockets that so many things are made with these days.The only thing that is at all less than perfect, is the button placket. It rumples. More than a little. Enough that I find myself tugging the top back down, fairly regularly, to avoid gaps. But, even with that... I would have returned them, but I had to wear them 2 nights since I was away from home and had no other pajamas with me. The other style I bought in this brand are my favorite pjs now. I'm 5'7", 36-28-37 and the small fit very well, the same as the model (comfortably loose, but not too baggy).
