Great for traveling on business. Provides ability to play videos from iPhones and iPad. Has HDMI port and lightning charging port so that you can charge your device while watching content.I purchased this device to easily watch Youtube on a hotel television (through my iPhone 7) while out of town. The item worked perfectly and I was able to watch content from my phone on a large-screen television with this device and a standard HDMI cable (sold separately). The greatest advantage to this item is that you can still charge the phone while streaming video via HDMI since your lightning cable can plug into the device at the same time. I am very pleased with this item--especially for the relatively low cost.HELPFUL TIP: This does not reflect on the item itself, but before buying the product and getting your hopes up, be sure to research whether you will have a strong enough WiFi connection where you're staying if you want to stream videos.
