A bit tricky to figure out doing various exercises correctly, so the exercise photos on desertcart site and exercise graphs on the manual help. The best part? The manual uses glossy paper, maybe 5 or 6 languages, not bad, but could have lower cost otherwise.

**Q: What do I do if you gave me two part #5s but no part #4?  Supposed to have a part #5 right handle and part #4 left handle.  I got 2 right handles.**

It is basically  to low on the floor, hard time getting up. Save you money.

A: very effective in focusing the exercise to the abdominals vs the stronger Hip flexors ... getting down to floor and into seat is part of the exercise  ; )

I had high hopes this will be a goodproduct but don’t waste your money it’s a piece of crap , a 2 year old can use it , you feel nothing no tension so please don’t buy , this should be off the market
