It took about a week in all but happy with the service. They look lovely and clean. Remember you need to cut the twist lock spindle down to suit your door. Screws are pretty decent crossheads, which makes a nice change from flatheads. Sturdy feeling doorhandles.

**Q: How does the lock mechanism work**
A: Hi, the lock mechanism is sold separately, you will require a XFORT mortice bathroom lock. The Mortice bathroom lock will go into the timber door with the handles sitting on either side of the door and a spindle (long metal bar included with these handles) connects them all up.

**Q: Can this be fitted with the lock side left hand facing?**
A: Yes

**Q: Cant remove door lock supplied off spindle**
A: If the original spindle doesn't fit it used the new one supplied

**Q: The recommended lock isn’t available? What else can I use?**
A: Vague question. The 'recommended lock' you refer to. Is it the door handle? If so if it isn't available you cant get one so if its for bathroom/ toilet I suggest a temporary measure would be a sign outside of the door on Blu Tac saying 'engaged' when someone is in there. Failing that sing - loudly.

beautifully packed, handles in individual cloth bags to prevent scratches, sturdy box. Handles appear to be high-quality finish and well-made. Also manufacturer was extremely helpful, above and beyond, when I went to them with a small problem of my own making.
