Would buy again. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works Well for Blocking Light and Sound (Check Door Height First) *by B***E on September 13, 2025* I purchased this door draft stopper for a bedroom door that lets in a lot of hallway light (and sound). Overall, it does a good job at blocking light and muffling noise when the door is fully closed, and it’s easy to install. You simply cut it to length, slip the foam into the fabric slots, and slide it under the door — installation took just a few minutes. The biggest issue for me is that my door is set slightly higher off the hardwood floor. Because of that, when I open or close the door, the stopper tends to slide under the gap and create some resistance. It’s not unusable, but it is inconvenient. I imagine on a door closer to the floor, this wouldn’t be a problem. As for quality, it’s foam — so it’s not meant to be heavy-duty, but it’s sturdier than I expected. The foam doesn’t tear or crumble easily, and it holds its shape well. This isn’t a security device, but in theory, if someone tried to open the door from the outside, it would add a little resistance since it wedges under the door. For the price, I think it’s a fair buy, especially for doors with less clearance at the bottom. It works well in most situations, and my issue is probably unique to the way my door is built.
