My husband wore this yesterday when the windchill was in the teens and was warm and toasty with no cold spots. Well this coat has kept my daughter (who is always cold) nice and warm! This is the 7th coat we bought this season for her, the other 6 coats we returned because they couldn't keep her warm enough. And with the other coats she was layered with multiple shirts and hoodies!
