What’s with all the short planks? I use these for salmon and unless I’m only cooking for two, they aren’t long enough. Can fit three in the larger weber gas grill. They are solid, large for their class, reasonably thick, and well made. Put some rather large slabs of Costco Salmon on these and WOW! Remember, you need to soak them for an hour or they will catch on fire...not a good thing for your salmon or guests expecting a fine cooked meal. I used a large Home Depot orange bucket filled to the top and put these in on end with a brick on top to keep them submerged. You may have to turn them upside down once during the soaking. Will be ordering again.
